It is incredible how one small idea can grow into something truly special. Middle Ground Connections is rooted in the belief that we all have an inherent ability to make a meaningful difference in our community.

   Middle Ground Connections came to fruition upon a fluke encounter between two Special Education teachers that in the end brought to life a 1971 VW mobile coffee van, with an underlying mission to be the means to push forward the mission of Middle Ground Connections. 

 

   As former teachers we realized the importance of, and oftentimes missing, natural connections between people of all abilities, their communities, activities and the simple desires one has. This is not referencing a paid support worker, we are leaning in on true, focused, meaningful connections.  

 

   Our leaders have a combined 25+ years in education, along with working within non profits and state organization's, giving them a unique perspective on fostering relationships with community businesses, organizations and facilitating long lasting partnerships that benefit the wider population.
